How long does shipping take?
Expectations in terms of delivery:
Luzon —
1-3 days after shipping date
VisMin — 3-7 days after shipping date
- Rush Shipping date - September 18, 2024
once cut-off has been met, we will move to the next shipping date.
- Regular Shipping date - September 19,2024 once cut-off has been met, we will move to the next shipping date.
For rush orders:
Kindly mention "RUSH ORDER" upon sending the proof of payment so we can speed up the process with a
charge of additional 100 pesos rush fee per item in your order .
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships out, you will be receiving a text message or email from Shopify confirming your package has been sent together with the link where you can track your parcel.
PS: If you didn't receive any tracking number from us, please send a message in our IG account dressupphilippines_official so that we can resend your tracking number to you.
How do I customize my dress, blouse or co-ords?
You can message us in our IG account dressupphilippines_official for customization procedure.

What are the accepted payment methods?
We only accept:
GCASH to GCASH
GCASH to BANK
BANK to BANK transfer
We currently have BPI and BDO for bank transfer.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
We currently don't accept cash on delivery orders.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes we do. Kindly reach us through dressupphilippines_official IG direct message so we can accommodate your request for international shipping.
Can I change or cancel my orders?
You may request for change of item but not cancellation within 1 hour after an order has been placed and paid for. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once it has been processed and shipped.
Can I return or exchange the products I ordered?
- Please notify us immediately at our dressupphilippines_official IG account or email us at dressupph.info@gmail.com with a subject "Returns and Exchanges Order Number XXX"
- The allowable period for returns is 7 days upon the receipt of the package.
- Since the item is made to order with 1 day lead time, we have charges for repairs to be fair with us as we have posted the size chart and models vitals for your reference. Also, client will be shouldering the shipping fee back and fort.
